How I incorporate Donna’s teachings
According to Donna Eden, energy in the body runs in patterns. Much can be done to change the patterns to start getting you into a healthy place again.
I will teach you some of the self-healing techniques to start to set a new pattern of energy in the body while we work on emotional issues. Donna’s work was instrumental in my own healing and I can’t recommend these techniques enough. Self-application techniques I teach may include some energy techniques from Donna Eden’s Daily Energy Routine (you can start now!) or other meridian balancing techniques.
