AMY B. SCHER is the best selling author of How to Heal Yourself from Anxiety (Llewellyn Worldwide, 2019,) How to Heal Yourself When No One Else Can (Llewellyn Worldwide, 2016) and This Is How I Save My Life (Gallery Books at Simon & Schuster, April 2018).

As an energy therapist and expert in mind-body-spirit healing, she is often lovingly referred to as an “accidental guru.” She uses energy therapy techniques to help those experiencing emotional and physical challenges to move on and heal permanently and completely.
